Each year in July, WGDRSC offers players an opportunity to order uniforms or other replacement items through our Adidas vendor (TeamSports). The benefit to placing this "bulk" order is that there is no shipping cost to the player plus there is an additional savings on each item.
First step: TeamSports offers a uniform try-on night where players can come to their Glastonbury location to try on sample items in order to determine what size they need to order. The scheduled try-on night for our club is Tuesday June 14th 4:30-8:00. The address is 124 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury (in the same plaza as Bricco). TeamSports will have an associate there to answer any sizing questions that you may have. Please note: you DO NOT ORDER the items at TeamSports that night, you are only there to determine what size to order. Please write down the sizes that you plan on ordering and keep it on hand.
Second step: You will receive an email by July 10th from email@example.com inviting you to place your order. In this email you will find a username/password with a link for you to order any uniform pieces you may need. Your jersey number will be assigned by the club and will have already been inputted by the time you receive the email invite from TeamSports. At this point, you will need to order all of the items that you need. There is no need to enter a player number as it has already been assigned and is linked to your account. You will have approximately 1 week to order through this link. It is imperative that you place your order for your Fall 2016 items during this time period. If not, your uniform items will not arrive in time for the start of the season.
Last step: Uniforms will be delivered to your team managers or coaches by the end of August. They will contact you when the items are ready to be picked up or they will hand them out at one of the first few practices. Frequently asked questions: What items do I need to order? All players are required to order: Home and away jerseys (1 white and 1 navy) 1 pair of shorts 1 pair of socks (2 pair strongly recommended) **In addition, other optional pieces for purchase: Backpack Warm-up jacket and pants Practice jersey How do I order replacement pieces for my child's uniform throughout the year?
Replacement or additional pieces of your uniform can be ordered at any time by club members by going on-line through weth6109.onesoccerstore.com or simply by going on our club website (wethersfieldsoccer.com) and choosing the "uniform and apparel" tab along the left side of the page. Players do not need to order additional or replacement pieces through their team manager/ coaches. Logo wear is also available to purchase. Please feel free to share the link with family, friends and supporters.
Who do I contact if I have any questions? Equipment coordinator for WGDRSC: Michelle Romagnoli (Michelle.firstname.lastname@example.org) TeamSports contact (for specific questions regarding bulk order, missing pieces etc...): Tom Scalise (email@example.com) Your specific team's coach/manager
